On Saturday, August 3rd, Chef Kollar was at CocoaBella store in San Francisco to personally demo how chocolate barks are made and share his story as a chocolatier. Everyone was invited to make their own chocolate bark and choose from a wide variety of toppings to create a one of a kind taste experience!
